As a former soccer and tennis player who circuit trains 3 times per week, I was constantly very tight, sore and sometimes not able to put good swings on the golf ball. This is bad for a 3 handicap tournament player. I needed help, and Walt provided it. Not only did he limber me up, but he also added more consistent power to my swing.
